About Madeleine

Education: University of Pennsylvania (BA), Columbia University (MSW)

Madeleine Dopico, LCSW is a New York City–based psychotherapist known for her straight-shooting yet compassionate style. She founded Two Point Oh Therapy to work hands-on with individuals who want deep self-insight alongside practical, actionable tools for growth in their sense of self, relationships, and careers.

Her approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to each individual. She actively incorporates feedback, offers clear takeaways, and serves as an accountability partner so the progress continues beyond sessions.

Prior to her clinical career, Madeleine served as CEO of a mental health technology startup focused on improving access to therapy in New York City. Alongside her work as a therapist, she is also a singer, writer, performer, and community builder.

Her clinical expertise, leadership background, and creative perspective allow her to engage driven, multidimensional individuals in work that feels energizing and effective.
